They showed up in a timely manner and worked with us to repair under warranty. The item suspected was not the problem, so they came out a second time. The second technician seemed more knowledgeable and instantly suspected that the cartridge in one of our showers might need to be replaced. As he suspected, that was the problem, and our lukewarm water problem was resolved after that. The labor pricing was fair for the professionalism shown.

I've used Big C twice for unrelated issues. Once for a pipe that froze and then when roots got in the sewer line. Both times they came out in freezing weather in a timely manner and fixed the problems in under an hour. They also gave me DIY suggestions for the roots to avoid having to call again.

Very knowledgeable, reliable, and got the job done quickly but effectively. We added a bathroom to our house and the plumbing was put in the concrete by a man who was not a licensed plumber (we had no idea, our contractor recommended him). Unfortunately, it was all done incorrectly. Sam from Half Moon came to take a look at it for us. From the first visit to the last, he was awesome! Never thought I’d see running water in our new bathroom. Highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing!

Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

Cale and his team are too notch. I am a contractor myself so I really appreciate when communication is good throughout the process. I had an issue come up and they were there the next day to fix it. Highly recommend and will for sure use again in the future.

MIcah was very knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be made. He made an initial estimate on what the job would cost and then stuck with it.
