SOS Plumbing completed a large plumbing job for us. Replaced old pipes and repaired leaks. Replaced two toilets. Explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Tosh and Sebastian very courteous and respectful. Highly recommended!

I made an appointment over the phone, but they failed to record the appointment in their system. As a result, I was left waiting for a plumber who never showed up. I called 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, at which time I was informed of the error. I received a short sorry, with no offer to reschedule or make amends. I will be seeking plumbing services elsewhere.

Discovered Monday that our water heater wasn’t working. Called a different company, earliest day would be Wednesday. Tried another, Tuesday.
Called One Way, was initially told that it would be 2:30. Great!! Received a call about 30 minutes later saying that they could be here at 11:30.
Logan shows up 15 minutes early, is incredibly pleasant, well groomed, and attentive.
Logan checks the heater, discovered what the problem was immediately, asks she, etc about the heater and realized that it should still be under warranty. He then proceeds to call the manufacturer, on speaker so that i may hear, and tells them the problem.
One hour later Logan is installing our brand new water heater that only took one call to One Way, and our problem was solved.

Don't know them personally yet, I had scheduled to use them at our facility then had to cancel. I felt bad about it, the Lady that had answered was very understanding and just awesome. Our facility will be using them in the future definitely

Evan was the service tech that came out. He was polite, respectful and professional. He completed his work quickly. If I have future needs I will use Half Moon and ask for Eva.

Andrew arrived on time and immediately went to work. He worked hard and fast and cleared our line in under an hour. The price was significantly less than the other quotes I received for the same project. These guys will be my go to plumbers from now on.
