Best Residential Water Piping in Tulsa OK

Great service! Called them when my AC went out, and they were at my house within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Service techs were very professional and explained in detail the issue and what they had to do to fix the problem. Highly recommended them for doing the job fast and effiecntly!

Half Moon Plumbing was able to come out next day and fix my issue. When the technician arrived he was very polite and fixed the problem. He then went on to explain why the problem was occurring and how to best fix it. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. He also gave me a list of other things they could do that would be a long term fix, without the pressure of making a decision right then (I don't like high pressure sales at all) They arrived on time and let me know when they were about 20 mins away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company.

Very professional and personable. As a single female, I appreciate someone who doesn't try to take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge. Gary quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I will use his services again.

Price Gouging & Misrepresentation of Pricing. Be aware!!!

I called in a very basic problem, stated exactly what and where the repair was. It was in the crawlspace. The customer service person informed me there would be a $55 minimum fee that would apply to the work. Upon arrival late that day I was then informed there would be an access charge of $189 plus any repair cost or I could pay the $55 fee to accomplish nothing. The company had every opportunity to inform me of their pricing up front at which point I would have called another plumber. Instead they used bait and switch tactics. Ultimately a 20 min repair of one leaking elbow cost me $276. I complained to the company verbally and in writing for which their response was defensive and unaccommodating.

The only good thing was they fixed the problem. However; price gouging and lack of transparency is ridiculous.

Recommend calling another company....perhaps the company who pays google the most to be at the top of the list has to overcharge in order to pay google!!!!

Chad came out on a weekend and repaired a broken water supply line to our house. It was critical as the house was being remodeled and the yard was drying out. It was a big job, required a backco and he had to work some issues with the connection. He was able to complete the job before dark and we've had no problems since. Hard working man!

Dellen @ Torch Services did an excellent job at my customers house. New plumbing for new construction on an addition. On time and VERY responsive to a couple service calls. Impressive.Also, I need to mention Gage and another employee (can't remember his name) also did great work there and were very friendly and professional. I had called to fix an old toilet but after Noah evaluated the situation I came to the conclusion I just needed a new one. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and did an inspection of all my systems. He gave me several options and managed to get me on the schedule the next day.
James came to install the toilet and to put in a pressure regulator. He too, was very professional and made sure I knew how everything worked and that I was satisfied with the finished project.

The people are so nice and friendly and explain everything down to the T they do amazing work, and they always clean up after they are done. and not only that their prices are among the best around compared to other companies around Tulsa and the surrounding areas. I've used Plumber Lakewood, Plumbing Lakewood A1 Services for years now and they are reliable. They always arrive on time, know what needs to be done when I call them and the prices are good. What more could you ask for in a plumber?

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
