I had a plumber(not Clear Creek) out to do a sewer line replacement. His poor workmanship led to me having interior plumbing leaks and leaks in my main line. The guys at Clear Creek came out fast and worked hard to get my plumbing fixed. Very communicative through the whole process. I was impressed with the quality of their work and their professional attitude. Highly recommended.

So first off, I had called King Plumber to come out to my property I manage to fix an issue with a toilet in one of the units. The guys that came were very nice. They even went as far as teaching me how to fix the issue (as it was a simple fix). Which we definitely appreciated! Most companies would never do that, because they would be missing out on more business for them.
We called them back out for a water heater that had went out. Again, they were very nice and had the new water heater installed very quickly! With all that being said, we will never use any other plumbing company for my property! :)

I would like to thank Brian from the supply store selling me the correct parts, but sadly my DIY turned more complicated. Brian gave me the number for the service and didn’t get the operators name but they took care of me and got me an appointment. Al and Noah showed up and took care of business. I am happy that I can flush my toilets again.

Today marks the second plumbing job that One Way has completed for me. I called them back a second time because their prices are competitive, their customer service is excellent and the guys who come to your home are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Logan completed today's task. He was professional and polite. He was nice enough to explain the problem that needed to be fixed and provided quality service. I plan to call One Way Plumbing for any additional plumbing needs.

They came out the day I called about frozen pipes. They ended up replacing a cracked pipe. They were very speedy!! Then the next day I had another crack in a different pipe and they came out within 2 hours and fixed it. They only charged me for material the 2nd trip.
