Excellent experience with Logan. Upstairs shower was leaking out onto lower floor. I feared the shower tile or ceiling would have to be ripped out. I have used this company on several occasions. As always, Half Moon Plumbing, and in this specific instance, Spencer was outstanding. He arrived at the scheduled time wearing PPE to protect medical patient within the household. He was thorough and resolved the issue on initial visit. Afterwards, Spencer went the extra mile to throughly wipe down all work surfaces. I cannot express my sincere thanks for his efforts and ensuring we were well taken care of. Joe, the service technician was friendly and polite and did a great job snaking our main drain. Roto Rooter is the only one to call to get this done correctly because they use the best snaking equipment. They handle every aspect of their business in the most professional manner.
