Called them out on Saturday July 2nd for a problem with my air conditioner knowing that I would be paying overtime prices on labor. After a nice young guy briefly looked outside at my unit he said it probably had a leak in the coil. I questioned him about price to check for leak, he looked at his tablet and said $360 to checked for leak. They charge EXTRA for not only labor but on other parts and services besides the $129 just to get them out there. At that point I knew they weren't going to be doing much more for me but I inquired about adding some r-22 freon to get us thru the long weekend. Again he looked at his tablet, $225 per lb !!! Needless to say I paid the $129 and said thank you.

We have used Mr. Plumber several times. We have always been very happy with their work and customer service and will definitely use them again.

Eric replaced an outdoor water tap for us. He worked very cleanly and efficiently. He was very courteous and respected our home by making sure he covered his shoes with booties every time he came into the house. The service was provided one day after a heavy rain, and he tracked nothing into the house. He cleaned up the aftermath of having to open the wall in my office and provided an accessible cover should we need to access that tap again. The new water tap works great. These guys are pros.
