Highest level of professionalism and service. I have used Half Moon several times now, and I’m always 100 % satisfied with the work they do, and how I’m treated as a customer. Tommy has always taken the time to explain everything and make sure I know what’s going on before he completes the work.

Recently, I called them again during the freezing weather, after we had a pipe burst. Not only did they come and fix the pipe, but blessed me with a $0 invoice... That’s just how these guys are, and how they run this business. Highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing.

Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

We discovered a leak in the crawl space of our house that was associated with the outside faucet. This was around 3:00 pm so we feared getting someone to come out immediately might be difficult. It was suggested we call Roto-Rooter because they have a large workforce and would be most likely to get to us right away. I scheduled an appointment a little before 4:00 and the plumbing technician showed up about 5:30. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable and got the leak taken care of in a timely manner.

The plumber Clint was very slow,took his sweet time,too lazy to go get me a new stem as I requested,& was tryng to charge me $185 for just replacing a washer & stem seat on my my cold water bath knob. Clint was very rude & disrespectful and is all about greed,workng less,& over charging customers by writing down more time on your invoice than accually worked. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone & strongly recommend passing on them thieves.
