My air conditioning was not working as it should be....the problem was not easily found, the last technician that came out masked the problem with a little Freon and a hefty service fee. Yesterday, Daniel came out from Jack Nelson. I was honestly worried another in and out tech, mask the problem, hefty bill...etc.etc. Daniel actually LISTENED to me, started looking at everything that might be an issue, he even called another tech out to brainstorm the problem. This started at noon, they worked continuously, finding the problem, going and picking up the part and then repairing the unit. It was 7:15 p.m. when they left. Daniel was very professional, determined, and I believe the only reason our issue was not once again masked with a quick fix but not repaired! Thank-YOU

Less than an hour's work with minimal parts cost over $300. The outlet works but it is not even straight and they had the box not even 6 away to compare it to.

They sent Clyde, who did a great job. I got the service the same day I called. Price was reasonable. He totally took care of the problem. We definitely Will use them again.

Walked in to an 82F house yesterday at around 1600. It was way too late to diagnose and then hunt down parts. Ready was there within the hour, and the tech was fast and professional. I could not have asked for better service. Great job, Delno!

Mark helped turn my horrible week around! Last week, my grandmother passed away and then my water heater went out. I spent an entire day cleaning up water from my floors and drying everything out. Other companies that I reached out to did not respond at all or did not respond timely. Mark's team came out and installed my new water heater in one day and everything is working perfectly now. After a long day spent cleaning out my grandmothers house, it was so nice to know I was coming home to hot water again. Thank you, Markim Plumbing and Mechanical. We will definitely use you in the future and make sure to recommend to all our friends.

Jess and Cooper were incredible! I had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and they were able to replace the necessary parts and fix the issue. They were very detail oriented and professional. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

The servicemen were polite and arrived on time, but did not listen when I told them where the water was coming from the wall into my room. They cut 3 holes in the sheetrock instead of 1. They found the leak was exactly where I had told them before they started and charged $450. Now I will have to locate a sheetrock repair man to fix 3 holes instead of 1 at a cost of $150. Unhappy they did not listen before they started, but they did fix the leak.Will be hesitate to call them for any future issues.
