Made the best out of a tough situation

They ran a new gas line from my house to the street, nonevasive and replaced my toilet in my bathroom and always done in a five hour. They were on time, very courteous, and checked everything over and made sure I was happy.. I will recommend them highly

We sprang a leak in our laundry room during the Arctic plunge of 2021 so we had to shut off the water to our house. I knew plumbers would be booked up and they were. I called several places and got on the list of a couple one of which was Allied. When I first called Allied I spoke with a Lady that was extremely helpful, she gave me more than one tip to help avoid this same problem in the future and assured me they would call if they had any cancelations which they did. They came out on a Saturday and due to the weather they didn't charge extra for the Saturday visit! They worked quickly and efficiently to fix our problem and checked to make sure there weren't any other leaks before they left. Great experience working with them!

Do not use this plumber! Charged $1125 to fix a simple 1 inch PVC pipe located just outside the water meter and not buried deep and then said there was another leak in the line they couldn't locate and we would have to contact a leak detection service. I walked 20 yards down the yard and easily spotted the water spewing out of the ground. Left messages with the receptionist and on the owners phone for 4 days with no response.

Great company through and through! We had a true emergency and they came out quick, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem. They were great with the family too, which is a huge plus! 100% recommend, they did a great job cleaning too!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
