We paid over 500 dollars for plumbing work based on what the plumber said the problem was, after all he is supposed to be the professional right? WRONG! The only results we got were that we needed to give him an extra 700 dollars to get the actual problem fixed. $500 wasted!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.

This company is THE WORST. Came out 3 separate times to fix a circuit breaker issue, but the problem persisted. When the tech requested approval from the warranty company to replace an expensive part, the warranty company approved the request within 3 days. For 3 weeks I've been back and forth with their secretary who claims she will call me back, but never does. This company is unprofessional, and I would vow to say they're taking advantage of home warranty companies to cut/run with money. STAY AWAY.
