Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

This was the first time that we have contacted them. After dealing with some plumbing problems off and on for a bout two months with someone else we decided we needed another opinion. A time was arranged and on that day they called to confirmed and to let us know they could be there earlier. The two men were very polite a d took time to listen to what we had been dealing with. We were very pleased with their work and gave us some suggestions to help with keeping lines open. Very reasonable price for coming to Muskogee and we will call them again if need be..

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING

Mullin came to work at a house across the street. Parked their van, trailer, and backhoe in front of my mailbox and trash cans on trash day. Fortunately, I was home. If I had not spoken to the workers when they returned to the van after an hour to unload the backhoe, I might not have gotten my mail and my trash picked up. Next time, show more consideration and get permission if possible, unless you like losing potential clients and getting negative reviews.

We needed a new faucet for the kitchen, and we called Half Moon last week. A man came out and gave us an estimate. After inspecting everything gave us a few options. We chose to go buy our own faucet and then have them come back and install it. James came out today and did this for us, he did a very professional job, he was very friendly, and we had a very good result. We would recommend them to anybody.

My neighbor used this company to replace their tie in to the city sewer main. They drove over the fence instead of asking us to remove or move it out of the way, so we had to pay over $1k out of pocket to build a new fence. Then the 12 foot hole they excavated was not backfilled and packed properly, so after the new fence was constructed, there is now a six foot by seven foot wide sink hole that is about a foot deep in my yard. The new fence has a post in that hole, so the fence is now sagging as well.

What was the response during the whole project? That is not our responsibility.

My advice, hire a different plumber that will hire a professional excavation company if excavation work is needed. Faking the ability to dig and fill a hole properly is not a good business practice. I cannot speak as to their effectiveness as plumbers though.
