Recently had a major plumbing issue and made a call to Half Moon and one other company. Half Moon won me over with their friendly phone conversation and general concern for my family's situation. I called on Monday morning and was told it wouldn't be until Wednesday when they could come out due to the current workload (which I completely understood). They ended up calling me Monday afternoon to inform me that they would be coming by to take a look at the issue. They were at my house in 20 minutes. The guy that showed up (Tommy G.) was polite and kept me informed the whole way. He also gave me two options to fix/prevent the issue and was upfront about the cost. When they came out to perform the work on Wednesday morning they started working right away and let me know of any help they needed from me and what they would be doing. They worked very hard in the blistering heat and were able to get the plumbing situation resolved and the water turned back on at the end of the day. My family is grateful for the fast, efficient, and friendly service that we received. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Buyer BEWARE. They came out to give us an estimate on a pretty simple job on replacing a gas valve to our fireplace. They over inflated the price and said that work needed to be done that actually didn't. Thank goodness that my husband knew a little bit about what ACTUALLY needed to be done. After stating our concerns, paying the consultation fee and refusing to allow them to do the work the owner called to find out what the issues were. He offered to come out the next day to see what needed to be done to try to rectify the situation. After failing to convince my husband about the bogus charges they quoted were valid the owner agreed that the work was not as detailed as they claimed it would be and was a much simpler task. Initially they said it would take 3 hours or more to fix. It turns out it would be an hour to an hour and one half at the most. The owner stated how he wanted to fix the situation and do the work. They agreed on a price, shook hands agreed it would be done three days later. No sooner than the owner left our home I got an email and a text message that the appointment made was canceled. I realized then that this company had no integrity because they had offered to buy back our initial bad review be refunding our service fee. I also received a text stating that he wouldn't be doing the work. Honestly he didn't have any intentions on doing it for the price they agreed on. His goal was to convince my husband that the initial estimate was true and when that didn't work he just agreed to something to get out of there because he realized the scam didn't work. We are now getting it done at 1/3 of the price from a reputable company. We chose Maston's Plumbing because of there reviews but now we don't trust that anymore. Reviews can be fake and bought. Go by word of mouth or someone you know. Honesty has been done away with sadly.

We have been waiting for 3 days after a flood in our basement, for a response from the manager concerning the irresponsible job they did which caused the 4 feet of water in our basement.

Replaced a water heater for us and more recently had another type of repair done. Showed up on time. Work was excellent and turned out great. I will use them again!

Dustin was my technician and the guy was a total pro. There were some unexpected issues that came up in the installation and he knew exactly what to do every time something came up. Super reasonable pricing and really quality work.

Same day service, by very courteous gentlemen who explained everything as they went! Repaired leaking drain under kitchen sink- and split pipe on sprinkler system. Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Stop shopping around folks ... just call Roto Rooter .. you don’t have to supervise these professionals .. they are fair and honest and accommodating . . I had a clogged sink that I called Plumber Lakewood, Plumbing Lakewood A1 Services to unclog and they sent out someone ritgh away, one of the most professional plumbers I've ever met. He was efficient and cleared out my drain in no time. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have plumbing issues again.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.

Bathroom work. Service guy was very disrespectful numerous times and flat out just out of line rude. I can't stand this company. WORST COMPANY to ever come out to do work through our insurance. Incompetent SOB. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!
