Acts of Service Plumbing came out and replaced our hot water line today. The crew that came out were on time, professional, and courteous. They finished on time and on budget. We will be using again and recommending to all our friends.

Justin, the technician who showed up for our service call was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. He fixed the issue quickly without overcharging or suggesting unnecessary services. We highly recommend Half-Moon Plumbing.

We had a plumbing issue that developed over the holidays. We had originally got a quote from another plumbing company and they were wanting to charge us between $15k-$20k. We are first time home owners, and due to a mix up when we originally got our homeowner's insurance, we did not have the proper insurance to cover a sewer repair. I called Maston's and explained our situation. They 100% understood where we were coming from when I explained about our insurance and not wanting to pay a ridiculous amount until we had the insurance to cover it. Our final total ended up being $5400. While not cheap, it is significantly less then what we were expecting to pay! We will definitely be repeat customers!!

My technician was polite and very thorough. He explained all he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone.

Kyle has done numerous plumbing projects for us over the course of many years. Our company has a large clientele, and we have used Kyle to install and repair gas/water lines and valves as well as diagnose difficult tech issues. I hade two broken AC units. One I had repaired many times myself. The team was responsive, I got a same day evaluation in the middle of 102 degree hot summer weather. I received a very competitive quote. His team showed up on time for the work and were very professional!

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Brandon was courteous and professional in setting up the appointment. Communication was timely confirming our appointment the day of and the day before.

Robert was right on time. I appreciated his early arrival. He explained every step of the way, what he was doing, in terms I could understand. He located the leaks and provided a temporary solution until the repair work can be completed.

Mike Brown was professional and very educated on leak detection. I’m satisfied with the new Tee water connection Mullin installed today. I understand that a Rogers County inspection is required.At this point I would like to tell you that Mullin Plumbing installed a different type of Tee connection in March 2017 that has failed approximately 32 months later. In March 2017 we paid Mullin Plumbing $5526 and $1295 for new septic system, water line, installation of toilet, sink , hot water tank and two freeze proof hydrants. Boring for the water line is the $1295 charge. I do not recall any of these services needed to be inspected by Rogers County or any other entity.I’m sure there is the standard one year warranty on your work in 2017 but I would think an underground water connection would last longer than 32 months and would appreciate some consideration on the invoice we paid tonight and the next invoice we have to pay for inspection and backfill of three holes. Our experience with Half Moon Plumbing was very good. The experienced tech that arrived was thorough and very pleasant. If you do not have an emergency, I would highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing. We did have to wait several days for an appointment.
