Liked that they did quality work and were very humble. My toddlers were outside with them and Mr. Hudson kept them well entertained with voice impersonations. I would recommend them and will most likely use them for future services.

Enoch showed up the same day I called. I had several small issues and he addressed them all. Very efficient and pleasant. I have used them in the past and I will continue to use them.

Josh was great. He came upon multiple problems. Explained everything before he started. He also took the time to talk to my elderly mother so she knew the problem was being fixed.

KPS has been wonderful to work with on my most recent listing. The service they offer is a GameChanger for the residential market! They really took their time to explain the services / procedures to both the buyers and the sellers.

They were very friendly, the work they did (2 showers with leaks) was excellent, however the bill was double what I had been quoted. It may be my quote didn't include labor? Not sure.

I had another well known plumbing company come out to unclog the drains in my house. They tried twice and could not get them unclogged. I had to pay them for coming out although they weren't able to help me I'm assuming that was for the labor that the plumber put in which is understandable but still disappointing.I then called Roto Rooter and they unclogged everything within 5 minutes. They have always given me great and have never left me with an unclogged drain. I should have called them first and will from now on.Thank you Brooke! You are an awesome plumber!!!

I had an existing fire pit that would not ignite. The technician arrived on time. They assessed the problem and fixed it.

We found ourselves in the unenviable position of having 7-year old pex that failed. After the 9th leak in a short period of time, we opted to replace all the pex for the whole house. Again. Alert did not do the first installation, unfortunately, or there probably would have been no need to replace it. Kevin and Brian spent three days taking out all the old pex and replacing it. It was three days of noise and inconvenience and mess, but it’s done. They were very professional and efficient and and I’m confident that they did a good job. A big plus is that now, instead of waiting several minutes for hot water at any faucet, we now have it within seconds. We discovered Alert a few months ago and were very pleased with their ability to locate and repair pex leaks. Fingers crossed that this is the final step in this process. Thank you Alert. I also plan to switch my HVAC service to Alert.
