Kept after it till the job was done.I was so impressed I hired him to do some other things in my home his work is exceptionally good, fair price I would highly recommend him to anybody. Very dependable communicates well and gets the job done.

I bought a motor home parked it connected the water and had a dribble coming out of sinks & tub. Called King Plumber and got a courteous professional gentleman who said he did work on motor homes and would be glad to help. They came out, he spotted the problem (along with his co-worker) and proceeded to fix it promptly. They did a wonderful job in a very quick time and were very very reasonable. I would use them again anytime & I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great company to use ! The job starts out with a text showing me the representative showing up. Five stars just for that. The men had clean appropriate uniforms as well as clean shaven. Five stars for that. The vehicle parked in front of my house new and clean. Five stars for that. I was given a price up front of total cost on a tablet. Five stars for using up to date technology also knowing what was being charged and why. Great communication from the men. Five stars for that. Job was completed that day and looks great. Five stars for that. The knowledge the crew had was obvious by the work completed. If by now you have not got it, this is a great company to use. I hope this recommendation is obvious. So I just got my dad's house who recently passed away. I contacted this contractor to get a bid to add an extension on the house. We made an appointment for today to get a quote on the work at 10am. I requested a follow-up phone call for the day previous which I never got. I did get a phone call a little more than an hour before the scheduled time letting me know that they signed up 3 jobs the day before and were no longer interested in keeping their appointment. I wouldn't have a problem but I changed my schedule and cancelled a job to make room for when it was better for them to meet only to be told not interested. So no, I won't be using this company due to careless regard for other people's time. I kind of see it as a precursor for future problems down the line. Looking at all the 5 star reviews, I can't help but wonder if the problem is because the house is in North Tulsa.

I've used One Way Plumbing three times. They showed up on the days scheduled and always did the work quickly and efficiently. I liked their plumbers. They were polite and helpful.

Newer second review. We used Torch Services May 16, 2023 for a kitchen plumbing issue that was first review.Today, May 23, 2023 they came out to finish up a job that was an emergency on Sunday, May 21, 2023. We had an accident happen and one of our toilets was broken. We called Torch Services and they sent Trey out to us on a Sunday and Trey was able to get the water issued stopped and get us fixed up until Monday when a new toilet could be installed. Well Monday came and we found out we needed some drain cleaning. Well today Gage and Luke came out and did the drain cleaning and set the new toilet. So far we have encountered 3 employees of this company and all 3 have been WONDERFUL !!! Polite, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. Torch was great in helping keep costs low. I highly recommend Torch Services they've been outstanding and do excellent work.Thank You Trey, Gage and Luke you are great!!!

Josh and David were very Professional and very skilled. Installed faucet and replaced an outside faucet and repaired another one. Very reasonable prices.

Jared repaired a leaky bathtub faucet that another plumber said would require cutting a whole in the adjacent utility room wall and replacing the valve. Hasn't leaked since! Also replaced a toilet in the same bathroom. He stayed until the job was done and cleaned up well. Just had him back out to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. Done, done and done. Hopefully will have him install a new hot water heater later this year. Nice to have a plumber you can rely on!

One way plumbing, is a great company. The people are so nice and friendly and explain everything down to the T they do amazing work, and they always clean up after they are done. and not only that their prices are among the best around compared to other companies around Tulsa and the surrounding areas. They will forever be my plumbers. And I will always highly recommend them to any one and everyone.
