They were scheduled a week in advance to come fix a leak this morning and they never showed, so I called and they said that they were supposed to be here but they couldn't make it. The soonest they could reschedule me was for another week.

I've used Charlie's Rooter for many years. They always show up on time and solve the problem quickly. Prices are reasonable. More than once they have shown up at night, on a weekend or a holiday.

Matt Liley came out to give me an orientation on my septic system. He went over how it works and what the service contract entails. He discovered the electricians didn't finish the wiring for the septic. He took care of getting that corrected. He also fixed a broken elbow joint. Matt was extremely polite and professional even through the wiring snafu.. He was apologetic about the wiring issue even though it wasn't his fault.

Roman rooter awesome plumber, very professional and knowledgeable. Checked every valve and knew what type of pipe ran through the house. As he checked out my system he explained everything that he saw and his recommendation. I recommend roman rooter it you need a plumber. Will I use Roman rooter again yes!. All my plumbing was backing up onto my basement floor and so I was having to wet-vac everything from food to feces every 2-3 weeks. I had another guy come out, who didn’t even bring a cam and quoted me at 12,000 to replace the whole line. I was obviously in sticker shock and felt disrespected as he didn’t even try to cam my line to get to the root of the problem. I called my cousin who’s a plumber and he referred me to ASAP and Tony showed up with a camera and walked me thru the exact issue and a solution to the problem. His quote, 5,000 to repair the line and install clean outs for easier access if the line ever backed up again. He had a crew out the following day in a rain storm and the dig manager Rob showed me the section of pipe that had broken. They were in and out in a day and my plumbing was back up to operational. It’s been 2 years now and no back ups at all. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing main line sewer repair.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
