Ready Svs was called out by my home warranty service Co. AHS. When the technician arrived, he said he would be contacting the Warranty Co. and get back to me, but I never heard back. All this time, I am without water and it was a Friday afternoon when I contacted the office and spoke with Kim who advised the tech would be in touch with me by email and he was very busy and doing the best he can to cover everything. I never again heard from anyone from Ready Services. Now, I am learning that I have to pay $100 for a callout fee to this company which never responded to me. ...so they are getting paid for NOT doing their job. NEVER Will I EVER Use Their Services!

I had a clogged sink that I called Plumber Lakewood, Plumbing Lakewood A1 Services to unclog and they sent out someone ritgh away, one of the most professional plumbers I've ever met. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
