I reached out to Half Moon when I ran into an unusual issue while installing a new shower faucet. They called me first thing Monday morning and were able to come out the next day. Our plumbing tech Nathan called me that morning to give me an idea of what time he’d arrive. He gave me another call when he was on his way as well as a text with his picture and some info about him. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and got to work. He worked quickly and made sure to show me the repair prior to covering it up again. He left the house clean and was very polite the entire time. I will definitely use Half Moon again!
