Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. I first used Ready Services a few years ago. They were prompt, provided a fair quote, and completed the work (run lines and install three home exterior lights). Great experience. Since then, I have tried to get more work done, only to call and be told someone will call you (in the main office) or have the technician tell me he will call me back. Days and weeks go by. I understand people are busy, but after getting the runaround I just stopped. This lack of professionalism was consistent enough to now overshadow my initial experience.

We had a drainage issue at our house last Wednesday, and after consulting with an American Home Shield approved plumbing vendor (who seemed less than enthused to help us out), we contacted Allied to get a second opinion. Their plumbing techs arrived in an hour, and showed us that the city sewer line (which has a manhole cover in our backyard) was backed up. Allied contacted the city, who then came out and took care of the drainage issue for us. They were very polite, had a great attitude, and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Jess was a lifesaver after the Fathers Day storm. After experiencing extreme damage to my home from a fallen tree I had a gas leak. Jess found the leak and took proper steps with the city to get my gas turned on. An inept representative came from ONG to turn the gas back on. Unable to light the water heater ONG advised me to call a plumber. Jess came back and lit the water water and aced the day. Highly recommend him.
