My tech was wonderful throughout the entire process. He even moved my plants and was careful to get under the house. Called me throughout the day so I could access my bathroom when possible and sent me photographs of what he was seeing. I called another local company I have used in the past to come out twice and both times they charged me a consult fee and did nothing so I called Half Moon after a friend recommended them. They scheduled me for a specialist with historic homes and he fixed everything the same day he came. Great service, great techs, great value for the exceptionally high quality of work.

The serviceman was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance was thorough and they were happy to explain or answer any questions.

Kimber Homes renovated our kitchen from top to bottom. They arrived on time each morning and worked until the end of the day. They also did their best to stay on the original proposed timeline. We felt comfortable having them all in our home and they cleaned up each night. We will use them again for sure.

This is the 2nd time I have used Half Moon Plumbing and I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s like doing business with a world class company from the beginning to the end. From the initial conversation with the appointment setter to the text/picture with the specific plumbers bio set to arrive with estimated arrival time to the upfront pricing. The plumber was clean and very courteous, wearing booties when entering my home and cleaned up leaving my home exactly how he entered it. The pricing is fair and reasonable, but they knock it out of the park on the customer service side. Great company to do business with.
