Ricky and Jacob arrived promptly at the house and had the tankless water heater serviced before I knew it. They were very quick and efficient. After they finished with the water tank, they both tackled our next issue outside and fixed that very quickly. Their professional abilities saved me hours of frustration!

Very rude and not at all what they advertised. All these 5 star reviews have to be faked! I called at 12:30am because of a clog I desperately needed fixed right away. The guy who answered the phone answered with a big sigh then plumbing in such an apethic tone you would think we were a bother. I asked if they were available that night since they were listed as 24 hour plumbers. He replied there was no way he could get anyone out b/c they have already worked a 14 hour shift and just left work. They weren't going to come back in. I asked why they were listed at 24 hours if that was the case. He said that they try to be available at all times but that's not always the case. He sounded upset we even called. I will not recommend or even bother trying them again.

Don't think you will find a better plumber. Eric was Proficient and customer service oriented. I highly recommend their services. Excellent!

I'm a local plumber. I can't the Leroy enough. He's helped me hundreds of times over the years. If you need a shower stem or cartridge that's odd ball. You need only stop here.... It's where I'm going to go 🤣

I was surprised at the quickness of the worker as he checked my pool It being a bit expensive he wasted absolutely no time doing the work. Since our water bill is rather high I am quite pleased that he found the leaks and fixed them. Now our pool has barely lost 1/8 of an inch in 2 days. Very good work.

Awesome company, very professional and honest.

Called at 7am and got someone on the phone really quickly. My water heater has gone out and he said they could have someone out by 2pm. Nathan showed up at 1pm, explained everything, gave me tons of options, and we chose to install a new water heater. He kept me informed the whole time they were working, and answered every question my wife and I could come up with. These guys are great!

Update 8/12/20 - was a repeat customer today and service was just as good. They remembered me, asked how things were and fixed my leaky pipe (unrelated to first visit) super fast! Will definitely be using again.

After a glitch on my end, the repair of my water line from the meter to my house was done in one day. After city inspection the trench for the line was filled in the next day.

Kurt and I are totally impressed and grateful for Absolute Air's fabulous service! We schedule them for our winter and summer tune up and complete service. Our daughter referred us and we are passing on the good word to you. Dale and his son have been attentive and helpful in all our concerns. They helped us when our thermostat broke and we had to replace it. They thoroughly explained our scheduling options and set it and then explained it again! They definitely go the extra mile in customer service.

Stop searching and just call them!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
