We had a clogged kitchen sink. I ended up going ahead and replacing the pipes under the sink, and used an auger and drain cleaner to try an unclog it. The clog was in the pipe between our house and 4ft wide line. Unfortunately, my efforts did not work. The next morning we called Allied plumbing and they were at our house that morning. Ryan and Seth did a fantastic job. They were careful not to track in anything, laid down plastic sheeting and towels, and a moving pad/blanket so their bigger auger would not damage our floors. They unclogged our drain no problem and redid some of the drain pipes under the sink so there wouldn't be any leaks and everything fit properly. Had I known the clog was going to be that bad I would have called them first. 100% satisfied.

The pipes in my outdoor hottub froze and busted over the winter. Jess found the problem quickly and replaced the broken pipes and got us back up and running. We are very happy with the service that was provided and wont hesitate to call Abstract for all our plumbing needs.

I used Torch plumbing to add a new bathroom and laundry room on a home remodel. Dellen and his crew were great! They showed up when they said they would and did a great job with the work. They took care of everything and helped me with my permits. They are my new go to Plumbing company!

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING

Ryan and Andrew were my techs today. It took them less than five minutes to diagnose my problem and they got to work right away. They were not pushy in any way and were very professional. I will 100% use them again.

Dylan and his associate came in and took care of my toilet being clogged. I had tried everything I could and they came in and got it done. I wish the company as a whole would adopt the idea of letting the customer know how much it would be for specific things instead of sending someone out and then the customer telling them no and they have to leave but the guys were great!
