Chris was responsive and timely. He worked hard and efficiently. Gave me a fair estimate and wouldn't charge me if I didn't go with him. He was available to me on Saturday as my weekdays are tied up. He saved us from undue health risk when he discovered our heater vent pipe had fallen apart (we had not examined it for 11 plus years since it was first installed. He replaced all our toilet parts - I would have no reservations recommending him for doing a good - excellent job. There was a point where he encountered a fixture that was bonded and installed incorrectly. He did not give up . He was focused and prevailed. Very experienced and fair. I really appreciate him coming to our rescue. MT

Our whole experience with Rick Hudson was 100% great in every way. It was like doing business with a good friend. He installed our new water heater making sure it is all up to code, and while in the installation process he found a little leak coming from our roof. Rick gathered his ladder and caulk and went right up on the roof to fix it. I sincerely doubt anyone else would have even mentioned finding the leak. Thank you Rick for a great job and for always going the extra mile! And Nate, it was our pleasure to meet you and observe your friendly personality. You are a fine young man and your willingness to learn from Rick was very apparent. Many thanks to you both!!

Got second quote from Maston’s on a shower converter. Original quote involved tearing into a wall and tile. Cole figured it out and completed without any demolition for 20% of original quote.

Fix sink fast

Great experience with two excellent techs who came out for same day service to help us with a weekend emergency! After two separate visits from another plumbing company, and no fix, Allied was able to assess the problem and had all of the equipment needed to get the job done. The technicians exhibited excellent customer service, and wonderful attitudes. They even stayed after dark on a Saturday night until the job was done! Will definitely recommend. Thanks Allied!

Technicians were Michael, and one other gentleman who's name I didn't catch.

Had to modify an earlier review after recent work performed by the company. The most recent work performed included basic plumbing issues identified in a new home inspection on a house I am purchasing. The work took quite a long time, and we had to call the plumber out 2 more times to tie up some loose ends from the original appointment. (And I still ended up connecting the supply lines in the guest bathroom faucets myself.) The most concerning issue has to do with an item that the plumber reported he was unable to fix - a leaking shower diverter. I suppose this is understandable - maybe plumbers are simply stumped at times? But I was billed not only the amount listed in the original quote (that included the diverter), but actually a tad more in the end. I understand, a quote is just an estimate, but I called twice about this specific issue with no explanation and no results. I have since had a plumbing need in the house I am selling, and I went with someone else.
