Plumbers were very professional and have good work ethics. I have depended on them to fix 44 toilets and 10 showers. They did an excellent job. Not only would I recommend them, but I will use them again when needed.

Jack Nelson has provided excellent service to us for several years. Jason A. came out today. He was concerned about tracking snow inside our home, and went out of the way to keep off the carpet.

I initially posted a negative review, as a technician was out for a maintenance visit this afternoon and our air conditioner did not work after he left. We called the 24 hour number and were told no one was available until tomorrow afternoon. However, after noticing the review a technician came out this evening and fixed the problem. We appreciate the effort to make it right.

Garrett and Tim, and Erin, and some other guy, all came did plumbing work, and HVAC repair, then we had to get the system replaced, and they all did really good work and was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The salesman kinda screwed up his order for our system, but after a brief discussion, even though they came out not as good as they would have otherwise on price, the owner and him both kept their deal with us, so we had them out to our other house to work on the HVAC, and they were great once again. Can’t see myself going anywhere else in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just want to give a praise report on some amazing technicians Rick and Justin. These guys did an amazing job searching done and finding a leak in our upstairs bathroom rent house. They worked throughly with patience considerin our circumstances and for that im very thankful for the both of them. On time and in and out with no mess which I was surprised due to they had to cut into the ceiling from the lower level bathroom and cutting sheet rock is not pretty but I didn't haven't clean anything. They vacuumed and picked everything up. Just a good service experience.

GR Repair and Maintenance repaired a wooden fence for me that was in very bad shape. They also filled some holes along the edge of my roof. They were prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, and would not hesitate to hire them again for other work.

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
