This company responded to a water leak emergency. They were very honest and priced right. They preform quality work. Highly recommend them

They were very fast and friendly. They did the job very well. I had a leak under my toilet. They replaced the seal and the bolts on it. The plumber, I think Eric was his name, went beyond what was expected. He said he was saving me $50 by drilling holes to anchor the bolts without making me but the whole kit. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is the job cost $225 and that seemed a little more than I was expecting but it might have been a flat rate for the call and the price could be competitive. Idk. If any one can correct me on this, I'll gladly change my rating to 5 stars. I would call them again for my plumbing needs.

Jeremiah was super professional and very polite. Excellent at what he did and took pride going above and beyond what I see in a lot of people's work these days. I would definitely recommend not only using roto rooter, but asking for this Technician in general.

great job. repair was done utilizing his truck's archived spare parts. went from a leak of 40 gal. an hour to 0 gal. I'll be able to recoup the service fee in just a few days, based on water loss and gas used to heat the water since the leak was from the hot side of the faucet cartridge.

I had alert install the plumbing to my entire new house. As far as that goes, it works. As far a must water heater goes it’s been broken for over 3 weeks now and they have been beyond lackadaisical to fix it. After having them out 4 times the issues still hasn’t been resolved but gotten worse. They said the new part would be delivered to my house no later then Thursday (they told me that on a Tuesday) well it’s Monday evening and haven’t heard a word from them and no part has arrived. I would go ahead and skip this company and try one of the many many others out there. Larry the owner is no help what does ever .

About 1 year ago, I had Infinity Plumbing replace my 2 hot water tanks with 1 continuous hot water system. Because I have a 2 story house, It took 2 days to complete the job. The job was completed within the time estimated and was done without putting even 1 new hole in any wall, interior or exterior. I would hire Infinity Plumbing again and again. They are the best by a longshot.

I met the owner. He is very passionate about his employees and what he does. That says a lot. 🙌

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
