Told I'd have to call a dishwasher repairman when clogged disposal backed up into dishwasher. $150 for him to use plunger and unclog disposal. Had to have someone come out and drain water out of dishwasher.

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

It turned out we didn't need the new hot water heater after all. Thanks to Jack Nelson's knowledgeable and honest employee's we were able to determine this all with one phone call😊

Had a clogged water line that supplied the Ice Maker. Essentially took 2 hours to tie in a pex water line with a couple 90 degree turns, a shutoff valve, and T that I should have just done myself because they charged me $370.00. Nice people that get the job done, but unreasonable on price, unorganized, and took way to long. Will not be using again.

My first experience with Osage Plumbing happened two years ago. They came and worked actively to get my hot water tank working. They came on Sunday, they went to Tulsa to get a part, they returned, stalled the part, and we thought it was all good. Unfortunately, there was an internal problem with the Bradford White Tank (They suck, by the way, when it comes to taking responsibility for THEIR mistakes). Osage came back out a couple more times and charged me for all trips an amount so reasonable I was shocked. (I had called Mullins plumbing, but they wanted a $90 fee just to show up to my house). Charlie was super nice and super awesome. The second experience went just as well, and once again their charge was reasonable. They are saved in my phone directory and I recommend them to all my friends.

They showed up, were friendly, and fixed my leak. I feel like the price was fair, and they did a good job.

Of all the things I could praise Big C's for, the thing that merits the most praise is that they offer their excellent services 24 hours a day. That means that you don't have to be up at 3 in the morning trying to fix a leaky faucet, or stay up if you come home late and find that your toilet won't flush. The fact that they offer their top-notch service at 24 hours a day is why Big C's is my favorite plumbers in all of Tulsa.
