Jess was a lifesaver after the Fathers Day storm. After experiencing extreme damage to my home from a fallen tree I had a gas leak. Jess found the leak and took proper steps with the city to get my gas turned on. An inept representative came from ONG to turn the gas back on. Unable to light the water heater ONG advised me to call a plumber. Jess came back and lit the water water and aced the day. Highly recommend him.

Called Hendricks Heat & Air to fix my central air that failed on a very hot day. Within a few hours they showed up and had a/c up & running. First time using this company but I was very impressed with not only their quick response time but also their fair pricing. Andres repaired our broken heat-pump water heater. He was thorough with the fix and informative about this new technology. We had trouble finding someone able to repair the heat pump, and Andres's plumbing HVAC experience were ideal to help us. (Geesa, Sal, and Andres) I spoke to was which was such a pleasure.

Not a good person to trust in your home . Can't even pay his only employee or treat him right. Man really needs to get some help with alot of things.

My neighbor used this company to replace their tie in to the city sewer main. They drove over the fence instead of asking us to remove or move it out of the way, so we had to pay over $1k out of pocket to build a new fence. Then the 12 foot hole they excavated was not backfilled and packed properly, so after the new fence was constructed, there is now a six foot by seven foot wide sink hole that is about a foot deep in my yard. The new fence has a post in that hole, so the fence is now sagging as well.

What was the response during the whole project? That is not our responsibility.

My advice, hire a different plumber that will hire a professional excavation company if excavation work is needed. Faking the ability to dig and fill a hole properly is not a good business practice. I cannot speak as to their effectiveness as plumbers though.
