He provided a few options that allowed me to hit my budget goals for the project. 2 days later Dennis and Brandon came promptly in the and wrapped the entire project in a day. Their work was well executed, their cleanup was tidy, and they were pleasant technicians. Plus they were extra to my dogs which is always a bonus :)

As a renter you never know what to expect when you request work through your landlord; in my experience it's been hit or miss over the years. But this work tech was outstanding! Professional, prompt, clean, and so easy going. Even took the time to educate me on how to deal with things going forward. Andres repaired our broken heat-pump water heater. He was thorough with the fix and informative about this new technology. We had trouble finding someone able to repair the heat pump, and Andres's plumbing HVAC experience were ideal to help us. (Geesa, Sal, and Andres) I spoke to was which was such a pleasure.

Howard arrived out to try and clear our main line drain. He worked on it for hours with no success. But, he made me feel comfortable in the fact he did all he could for my 1942 farmhouse sewer lines. I would endorse him and his company for any plumbing needs. He was courteous, had character and did a great job for us. Even if it was not fixed. They were upfront with me and gave me a awesome deal. happy on the service. They spent time answering all my questions and wasn’t forceful about getting a new unit.

Techs were polite and polite nothing awful to say on the work and quality. As far as scheduling I’ve had to wait 2 weeks for a tech to come out and troubleshoot. looked fine. Then the system froze again and had to wait another week for a tech to come and tell me I have a short on the thermostat wire that runs to the condensing unit. Now I’ve been quoted for 700$ to run a 50ft give or take cable in the attic and have to wait another two weeks. I declined, horrible scheduling and quoting. That wire can be ran for a maximum in material for 100$. I understand there is labor involved but 600$ in labor that would take a maximum of 2 hours is outrageous.
