Fusion was out within less than 30 minutes of my emergency (overflowing urinal)! They were responsive, professional and courteous.

We had great service from Wildcat Plumbing. They replaced our PRV. They identified the issue and replaced the next day. Service was professional, soldering was best we have seen. A pleasure to work with.

George did a fantastic job repairing a leak in an exterior wall pipe. He was very professional, discussed several possible solutions to the leak, and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. He was also very friendly and straightforward. I highly recommend Zing Plumbing to anyone in need of help.

Cody and Billy showed up promptly and were extremely polite and professional. Quickly found the problem, provided options and fixed the issue right away. Will definitely be calling them again for any future service calls.

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Water heater was leaking so called AJ at Aarow Plumbing and he came out to take a look. Due to the water damage already he disconnected the water heater, drained it and removed it. All was done professionally and he explained everything he was doing and what my next steps were. Will be using him for the install of a new water heater.

Repair was well done. Repairman could have cleaned up better when done with repair.

Each and contact was professional, with the individual kind and responsive to our questions/expressed concerns. The work provider that did the installation and repair work were also quite respectful of our property and time.

I needed someone to repair my heater quickly and found Temperature Control Inc and spoke with Tony. His office called within minutes and Philip came within 2 hours. He was super to deal with, found my issue quickly, and was friendly and professional. I signed up for a three year service package.I do have one issue though. SWG company had been out that morning checking for a possible carbon monoxide leak, and there was some confusion as TCI thought SWG had referred me to them, which they did not. Temperature Control wanted me to pay the $75 referral fee they would then send to Southwest Gas in appreciation. That’s not how it works. Referrals are between companies, don’t force the customer to pay that. It’s not fair at all, especially on top of such a massive bill.Still, very happy with the service tech and feel that my heater/ac unit will be well looked after.

We had 3 different techs out today. Dylon did a great job with the inspection and consultation. He was very thorough. John and Zachary came out and installed multiple valves and replaced supply lines. The two worked extremely efficiently and were courteous and clean.

Anthony was on time and knew what he was doing! He found and repaired the leak in our pipe in an hour and was very reasonable~ compared to other exhorbitant quotes we had gotten! Having a water leak is scary and he is totally trustworthy- we’re going to have him come back to do a couple of other smaller jobs~ thanks Anthony!
