Best Water Heaters Leak Detection in Tucson AZ

I saw them installing a complete AC unit across the street and I asked for their card. A week later I had to finish my contract with another Heating and Cooling company that quoted me over $600 for maintenance and part replacement. I was in the middle of selling my home. The guy said that the home inspector will not pass me if I didn't get these things replace and fixed. I called Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating to come down and check my AC unit. I told them that I haven't had it checked in a long time and I am willing to pay whatever it takes to get through inspection so I can sell my home. The Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating guy said, I didn't see anything wrong. You have been taking good care of your ac. That will be $88. The home inspection passed and I sold my home. I highly recommend these guys. It's been a long time since I have met an honest company under the Cooling & Heating business :)

One of the drivers almost ran me off the road in rush hour traffic. Would of been a huge accident if I quick to react it would of been bad. And the person answering at the company didn't seem to care one bit. There was no reason for the driver to be driving the way he was at all..

Service person (Terry I think) came out thinking it would be an easy install. Turned out he had to do a lot more work than he anticipated. He stayed positive and professional and showed pictures of the problem and how it was fixed.

As a renter we needed work on a faucet and needed the owners permission before working on the solution. Swanson was called, they came promptly and knew exactly what needed to be done. They took care of contacting the owner to get approval to do the work. We had to do nothing. They got the replacement needed and they were here Monday morning to install the new part. Great job done in minimal time.

He explained everything to me upon replacing the water heater to upgrading the pipes bringing them up to code. Very friendly, excellent customer service along with guaranteed services.
