We had double trouble - a hot water leak beneath the foundation slab, and it was time to replace our water heater. Rocky and his team (Jonathan and Lou) were on the problems quickly, and although the start was mid-afternoon, they stuck with their work into the evening until everyone was satisfied that the leak was definitely fixed. Incidentally, the leaking pipe was in a difficult place in very close proximity to a plastic drain pipe. Repairing the hot water copper pipe could have caused damage to the drain pipe, but Rocky worked cautiously and meticulously to ensure that all was well in the end. Even filled and sealed that slab when the repair was completed. Best of all, the cost was was more than fair compared to the estimates we had received from other companies. AArow will definitely be our go to plumber from now on.

I urge you all to get a second opinion. I recently had my air conditioner fixed at my house by Goettl but was made to believe my air conditioner was broken beyond repair. It was only after I mentioned that I had another company on its way did my air conditioner start working.In addition I was quoted 13k for an install, only after negotiation was I able to find the true price of 8k. All while the tech led me to believe the AC was broken beyond repair. Shameful negotiation tactic during the summer.Once Goettl left my house another company came out and examined my system. They found no major issues. My air conditioner has been running for several months now with no issues after a simple capacitor swap.Get a second opinion.

I had an issue with the toilet and then subsequently the shower. The owner along with Mason came out (on the day of the owners daughters birthday) and completed much needed repairs!! Called and spoke to Vera who booked me for first thing the next day. Austin showed up within the 1 hour time window they gave me. He was quick and professional. He let me know what he did and was only charged the service call fee for his time. If I have any plumbing issues again I will give them a call! Great experience.

Everyone at Swanson Plumbing are excellent to work with, I called Rachel and scheduled a water heater replacement due to mine was leaking and they responded the same day. She was super polite and understanding on the phone. Tim and Adrian were both very professional and knowledgeable. There was some extra work due to the leak and they took care of everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs. I will certainly be calling them again when I need any plumbing work. THANKS again to the whole team.

I was able to make an appointment fairly quickly, they were very responsive. The guys came out and were open to discussion about what my options were. Ultimately, they fixed the issue quickly. They were courteous and cleaned up after their work. This work was done during the COVID-19 pandemic - they were respectful of our space and wore masks the entire time. I would recommend them and will hire them again if needed.

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.

Find and Repair?? The magic words repair or FIX. Jorge Montano not only overcharged me 3 times ($325.00) but he didn't have the part to fix it. I had to go buy it from a place an hour away and fix it myself. This guy is a total fraud. The nerve to actually charge 325.00 to spray soapy water on a visit that took 20 minutes is my commission to make sure every site, every agency knows that Almighty Plumbing a a business that will steal from you and leave you with the problem still existing. BEWARE OF ALMIGHTY PLUMBING AND JORGE MONTANO. Don't fall for his sign on his van that says Honest, Quality Work @ Fair Prices. None of these will you receive if you call them.
