I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Issac and Brian came on time. They were efficient and got right to work on unclogging a stubborn drain. They also unclogged a faucet at an adjacent property free of charge. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional plumbing company.

Extremely reliable, helpful, and professional. Received a quote on the phone and that is exactly what they charged to replace the water heater, even though it was not an easy job. I will definitely be calling them for future plumbing issues.

Jay, the supervisor, was extremely attentive and helpful in a very difficult time in our household. This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person!
