We called Ram today because a pipe burst early this morning, The answering service, the office staff, and the plumber who made the repairs were all friendly, warm, and professional. The plumber came out mid-morning as scheduled, and did a great job of replacing badly corroded pipes. We’re extremely appreciative of the good service we received!

Tuhavi installed our sink in 3/2017 and since we have had only luke warm water and no truly cold water despite try to adjust the water hearter.
We just dealt with it and finally called Tuhavi to have it checked out. They had this contractor come out.

They did not arrive on time or call with notice. I had to call Al who had to call his staff multiple times to figure out what was going on. Once they came they said there was a leak which was the source of our lack of hot water and needed to order a cartridge part and would finish the work the next day. The next day they did not call us until I again called Al at 3pm and found out they were finishing a job and we were next. They then said it was a broken faucet and needed to be replaced. We now have no water pressure and still no hot water. The faucet is not leaking either.

Terrible communication, follow-up, and work. STAY AWAY.

We are very happy with zach. He came and installed a dishwasher in our kitchen and also added two new hose spickets in the front and side yard. It was all done professionally and in a timely manner. We would highly recommend zach for all your plumbing needs

going up the I-10 this work truck from whitton plumbing was going over 90 mph cutting everyone off & jumping through every lane. very unprofessional to have your employees driving recklessly in a company work truck.
