I just relocated to Tucson from the east coast, and needed my whole house re-plumbed, replacing old galvanized pipe. Dave was reasonably priced, did a fantastic job, and went out of his way to work with my crazy moving schedule, making sure all was complete before I moved in. Super friendly, super-accommodating, super professional. I'll never call anyone else for plumbing work while I live here in Tucson!

Excellent plumber came out and cleaned all sink drain pipes due to smell, fixed whistling toilets and drained water heater. Have used Curtis Plumbing for many years and highly recommend them!

Sent an incompetent individual to unclog a line. He damaged his equipment so they charged us for the equipment he broke and the job was not completed. Be aware of these scammers.they will steal your money....update...... called another plumber and they fixed the problem. The line was not collapsed as tucson plumbing stated it was.....just clogged. Thanks for not charging me for the equipment your incompetent employee broke on the job.

Excellent service. The crew that came out were very informative and non pushy. They explained my options without bias. Good communication thru emails and phone calls. Punctual on scheduled time. Did the entire job while explaining what and why they were doing. Definitely call them again when needed.

I had a major flood I called plumber kings I was very surprised they showed up very quickly . They explained everything very thoroughly. Tuhavi installed our sink in 3/2017 and since we have had only luke warm water and no truly cold water despite try to adjust the water hearter.
We just dealt with it and finally called Tuhavi to have it checked out. They had this contractor come out.

They did not arrive on time or call with notice. I had to call Al who had to call his staff multiple times to figure out what was going on. Once they came they said there was a leak which was the source of our lack of hot water and needed to order a cartridge part and would finish the work the next day. The next day they did not call us until I again called Al at 3pm and found out they were finishing a job and we were next. They then said it was a broken faucet and needed to be replaced. We now have no water pressure and still no hot water. The faucet is not leaking either.

Terrible communication, follow-up, and work. STAY AWAY.

Dealing with RES-COM Plumbing was a dreadful experience. Initially, the original plumber who responded to the call did the work and gave us the quote was a decent man. I would enthusiastically work with him again if he were not connected with RES-COM Plumbing. Once the job was finished a new contact billing person started contacting me. That is when the problems began. His first contact was to issue an unexplained bill for $992.00 when the original quote was $500.00. There was also a $75.00 holding fee my tenant had to pay to assure services. The bill arrived void of any breakdowns of costs or charges and was presented in narrative form as if he was trying to tell a story. When I contacted him to ask for explanations he became indignant. He even called my tenant numerous times seeking payment before we were able to agree on the terms. Finally, I was able to speak with the owner who agreed to lower the cost to $700.00 in addition, he would provide a 30% future discount for any future services. The decent thing to do would have been to give that discount for THIS job along with the reduction. He surely knew I would never use them again to ask for that discount, which means he would never honor it. Decency was not a consideration. The biggest problem I have is with the billing colleague who harassed me and my tenant for the better part of a week and the way he/they presented an invoice void of costs and charges. The hostile manner in which the billing person communicated with me also shocked me to the point of disbelief. To be fair to the original plumber, he did a fine job and it was a joy to work with him. My issue is with the hatchet billing man & to a lesser degree, the owner for harassing us for payment - even blaming us for the added arbitrary costs. The bill was fully paid within nine days. It was a horrible week and a half of harassment. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and despicable behavior from a company whose sole job is to provide an honest service. They are far from honest from what I experienced and could never in good conscious recommend RES-COM Plumbing.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I scheduled an installation with Whitton because they originally installed the plumbing and it was coordinated with the builder. The scheduling finally happened after much hassle just getting a response back. Then the tech showed up with a handful of excuses asking to not do the job or reschedule (it’s too hot, it will take all day, etc - ummm yea, it’s a water softener install...). Then he and another individual spent an hour identifying all the reasons they couldn’t do the work so that they could leave and go to other jobs that didn’t require them to be in an attic. This was followed by a call from one of the job coordinators telling me how busy they are doing builder warranty work. Bottom line is Whitton doesn’t want my business or your business. They don’t want the work. Don’t bother calling them. Very shady group of individuals.
