He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

Great, professional and honest service, I could not be happier. I called in the morning to have a pipe repaired that split/broke overnight. The plumber arrived before noon and got everything fixed in great shape. He gave me feedback and suggestions to avoid the problem going forward. Very reasonable fee. I needed a plumber ASAP. Austin answered the phone right away and was at my home within the hour.
My wall had to be cut for access, it was clean and precise. Essential Plumbing was efficient, and the cost was half of what I was going to pay at another plumbing business.
I had gotten two quotes prior to contacting Essential Plumbing. They were $850 and $800.
I was shocked. I decided to look on Craigslist one last time and saw that Essential Plumbing is Veteran owned.
I am truly glad I gave them a chance. My invoice Was $350 and the work completed was stellar.

As a renter we needed work on a faucet and needed the owners permission before working on the solution. Swanson was called, they came promptly and knew exactly what needed to be done. They took care of contacting the owner to get approval to do the work. We had to do nothing. They got the replacement needed and they were here Monday morning to install the new part. Great job done in minimal time.

Michael came over at the request of my home warranty. He told me one thing, (the correct diagnosis, according to a second plumber), and then told the home warranty there was no issue. He lied, took our cash, and walked away. Michael, or anyone from Agile Plumbing, will never set foot on my property again. Find a different plumber!

Tyler was wonderful! He gave me two options right off the bat and explained what each one entailed and the subsequent costs. Then after I chose what I wanted, he did the work, showed me the results and we talked about the next steps.
He answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment right away.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!
