Horrible customer service! I will never know how their actual service is because they never showed up to my house. No phone call, no knock on the door, no card left. Then when I call after the scheduled 4 hour window has passed the owner is angry with me! She has no right to run a business. Then service is rescheduled for the next day and they do not show up again! Out of spite? That is 8 hours of my time off wasted because these people were too lazy to pickup a phone. Do not try to work with Wildcat Plumbing.

George has always provided the support I have needed in a professional manner. He has installed copper piping to install a water softener, troubleshoot the water system and repaired the system when it failed. He is awesome!

Best Priced Plumbing fixed a leak in my bathtub faucet, installed a new kitchen faucet, replaced my water heater valve and two outside water faucets. Great job, super people, and not over priced. I really recommend them!

They did excellent work for half the price of what other companies had quoted. They were responsive on the phone and on time for the appointment. They fixed my toilet and installed a new faucet. Every other company I called had quoted $400, but Apperson did it for $200 and they did a very good job. I will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber.

Jeremy was an excellent listener. He came to our house today to give us 2 quotes on new water heaters, one for a tank, and one for tankless. He also helped us repair our water faucets in both the front and back of our house, which have been doing a slow leak year round- more so in the winter when it's cold. He also figured out why our old water heater was leaking, and needed to be replaced and filled out a homeowner's insurance form stating as much.

I came home the other night after a long night at work to a 87 degree home. My AC was not working, so I called Temperature Control.They understood my situation and were able to send a technician to my house in the morning. The dispatcher went out of her way to make it happen.The technician was named Dan, and he was very professional and honest. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed me the issues with my AC. He replaced the parts that had gone bad, and also offered some recommendations to keep my AC unit running at it's best. Dan always explained what he was doing, and why he was doing it. Dan is by far the best AC technician that I have ever used here in Tucson. My AC unit is 110% better, and I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Temperature Control, Inc. if you need first class AC service.
