I called to ask for help with a minor problem- a broken drain plug on my bathroom sink - and the technician, Tom, pointed out an easy, relatively cheap solution to a cluster of problems (basically a pedastal sink that was badly installed, with a couple of frozen shut-off valves and a poor drain arrangement). We rescheduled for the following day, and within 24 hours I had a much-improved bathroom setup. I really appreciate that he looked at the overall system instead of just fixing a single, short-term problem.

We had a clogged kitchen drain due to a broken garbage disposal. The worker who came out did a great job. He removed the old disposal and installed a new one. He left the worksite clean. He was pleasant and professional. When I needed to modify his time of arrival he worked with me to accomodate my needs. All of this for a reasonable price which he quoted at the commencement of the job. All in all an A+.

I rent an older house and ever since moving in, the kitchen sink had a terrible leak and when you would turn off the water it would spray out of the bottom of the handle. I contacted them and they quickly returned my call after leaving a voicemail and someone came the next day.
