Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Nick was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure I knew what he was doing to clear my drain and what other options if possible I could have taken . If I ever have a plumbing issue I’ll tell them to send Nick .

We used Curtis Plumbing for one of our rentals. They were professional, called to let us know our options, easy to work with, and our tenant said Joe was the best plumber he has ever seen. We will definitely be using them for all our rentals and our home as well.

With the weather being so cold lately, my water heater broke without warning. I gave these guys a call and I had a service tech out within the hour. Water heater was replaced within 2hours. Great work!!!

Our experience with Silverado Plumbing was great! We had an almost-emergency on a Sunday night and they provided advice over the phone, then followed through on Monday with their promise to set up a same day appointment and the price was fair. Justin was our technician and he was prompt and professional. He even went out of his way to determine if our water heater was under warranty with the manufacturer. We will definitely call Silverado again!

Called, set appointment, stated someone will be out in an hour, hour passed, called for status, said they no longer service Tucson... Why did you take my appointment? Why did you state someone will be out in an hour? Why did I have to call back? Why does your website still show service in Tucson? Why is your listing still on Google maps? 🤬

The office employees were very professional when asked for an appointment. Martha and Sammy went out of their way to assure me of their Company and commitment to getting an estimate and job done accurately and timely. My plumber, Joseph was very friendly and explained everything to me well. When there was an unforeseen problem, he and his office resolved the issue in the same day. My new hot water line is now working.

Professional people and excellent service

Jobe came to the house, quickly diagnosed our problem, and offered a reasonably priced solution. He didn't push their most expensive option as we have experienced from other plumbers. The problem was solved and we were very happy with the experience. Fast professional friendly service - thank you.

Honest and reliable. Knows what he is doing. Took care of plumbing issue in a timely manner.

This company is absolutely dishonest, completely without integrity.
They were supposed to be at my home at 10am.
When they didn't show up, I called at 12 Noon. They acted completely nonchalant
About the fact they were late, told me they were at lunch and promised
to be at my home within an hour. They no-showed. When I shared this story with
a friend, they reported that Arco Plumbers had cheated several people on their service ...
Lowballing an estimate and charging much more once they arrived.

So let's add it all up: Liars, cheats, people without integrity or honesty.

My recommendation: Do NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT hiring these guys.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
