I have always enjoyed the experience of buying my dance shoes here. Beverly, usually helps to fit the dance shoes and she very helpful. A strap broke on shoes that I have bought several months ago. I asked Beverly how I might repair the shoe. She immediately offered to glue it for me. After doing so, she said that the owner suggested that I get the shoe stitched. They suggested the El Con Cobbler and provided me with a card that said they would pay for the repair. I was very impressed with this gesture. Big thanks to Danny, Marcos and Angel for putting in a new tankless heater then fixing the cartridge in one of our showers. The work looked like it was done well (at least better than the stuff we had done before!) and they were all really friendly. Looking forward to having DoneRite do some other stuff around the house.

Marty was polite and personable. He called prior to arriving to confirm with me. When he arrived and found the faucet hose was damaged causing leaking under the sink, he suggested, based on his experience, that I try calling the manufacturer and probably be sent a free hose replacement. HE WAS RIGHT. It only took less than 20 minutes for the repair so he also fished out a loud rattling piece of something from my garbage disposal. I am very happy with the repair and his work. I highly recommend Plumber or Tucson for honest, reliable, and reasonably priced service. I needed to replace the main water line to my house about a year ago and got a few different estimates of highly rated companies. These guys were the most affordable and did an excellent job with great communication throughout the job and left the yard looking spotless after. I recently noticed a leak (appx 1 year later) above where the main line was installed. I called them and they were very prompt in coming out. It turns out that it was actually an old irrigation line that had developed a crack and not the line that they installed. Either way, they quickly fixed the problem for us for no charge. These guys are amazing! I can't promise you a free irrigation line fix, but be assured they will provide outstanding and friendly service before, during, and after the job is complete.
