He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

I have had Swanson's Plumbing do work for me previously and have been more than pleased with their work. I have also referred Tim to friends who also thought the work was done in a timely, professional, cost effective manner and would use Swanson's again in a heartbeat. I had quite a leak at my water meter this morning. I called requesting service - Tim was going to be driving by my house on his way to a big job so he stopped on his way by (this was at 6:35 AM)and repaired my leak. He charged parts and labor but no emergency fee. I highly suggest calling Swanson's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Arrived on time, actually early. Dave understood nature of the problem. Offered several options. We selected one and then noticed a problem with the main water on/off valve. So we elected to make that repair as well. All work done very well and efficiently; solved the problems. Cost was reasonable. Very happy with the job.

Stanley Steemer broke my outside spigot. Ram was here to fix it, same day. If I have n additional plumbing needs, I will be calling Ram!

I was referred to Daniel from someone because my husband and I needed a backflow installed. At first, all went well the schedule turn around time is GREAT. I will say that.
I asked the receptionist on the phone for a starting estimate and she said $99.50, which I said okay and understood that they can’t give an actual quote without seeing the job. In Marana, we have regulations to go by, and someone from the company called our Backflow Tester to go over what was needed to be done. We had ordered the part previously and had to get a permit for it, and just needed it installed. There was a faulty piece so the plumber said he would be back the next day to finish the work. My husband and I agreed.
The next day the plumber comes and finishes his work and gave my husband the bill. No mention of price before hand. Needless to say, we were shocked with the price! Luckily, my husband was able to bring it down 10%.
We looked over the invoice and saw the 15 or so minutes to fix the faulty piece was charged $99.50. If we would’ve known this we would’ve drove to the store ourselves!
A little time after the plumber left, the backflow tester arrives and the installation wasn’t done correct. Backflow tester called me and said to give the plumber who did the work his number to go over again what should’ve been done because now the part is “shoved up to the wall.” Which, yes the plumber did mention our neighborhood has a strange backflow setup. When the plumber called the backflow tester, they discussed the work, and when asked, “did you let them know that the way it was installed would be an issue with repairs?” The plumber replied, “no they didn’t ask.” Backflow tester responded, “You’re the plumber. You know this stuff. They don’t. That’s why they hired you.”

So in other words, if we ever need to repair the backflow we would have to replace the whole thing AGAIN instead of repairing just where the repair is. Which the backflow tester purposely recommended that part for.

Not to mention, there is still a drip from the pipe, and debating if we should call to have them fix it or call another company

I was very thankful for this company to be able to do the work so last minute, and the plumber was kind while doing the work. I am saddened to leave a bad review because I was so thankful for the turn around time. Unfortunately, it is true. You must look around and compare prices. I was hoping all would be good because they were highly recommended to me.

Excellent work! Shane repaired a hard to find leak under our slab. Work was completed in a timely manor. Provided lowest cost solution, quality work and fair pricing.

We had a clogged pipe on a Sunday over labor day weekend and we had guys show up within 45 minutes to get our washer and sink flowing again. The price was fair and the crew was knowledgeable. We're happy with the service we received and would definitely use it again.

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

We've used Arico for the last few years, as our washing machine (stand pipe) drains into the kitchen sink if a clog starts to form. We would have it snaked once a year, and that would do it. The old guys were awesome and would always fix the issue. This last time, we got a kid who could not figure out the problem, even after coming out a second time, in fact he recommended that we go with a company with a camera. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that there's a clog not allowing the water to back up in the sink, ugh! We ended up paying for service that was never rendered. Not happy....trying to find a new plumber now.
