This repair turned out to be more extensive than expected. I am so grateful that Zack knew what to do to fix the problem. He explained what happened, why the toilet could not flush and he explained what needed to be done for him to complete the repair. Zack is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and takes pride in doing the job to perfection. He is also courteous and truly cares about helping people. I will certainly call DrainMasters in the future for other plumbing needs. Thank you for helping me.

Michael did a great job with my tankless water heater installation. Explained the costs associated beforehand and stayed within budget. Fusion was great working with my home warranty company, they correctly diagnosed the issue and worked with my warranty company to obtain approval before moving forward. I appreciate their patience during that process. I will 100% use them again.

We have used them twice, for our cooling system and also for a plumbing issue. We were so impressed that we are changing from another company we used to Picture Rocks for everything they are certified to do.

My home warranty called them out to fix a couple leaks in my house and they wanted to push services that were obviously not needed. Then they didn't even fix the leaks that they were called out to fix. So I set up another appointment to have them come out again, and they didn't show up... so I gave some grace and tried again, and they still didn't show up. Definitely not worth the hassle if they don't fix it in the first visit.

Keith is a very persistent plumber. He doesn't stop until he solves the issue. I had a difficult problem, with unexpected (and unusual) branches in the vent pipes burried in the walls of my house. Normal clean-out practices didn't work, because the normal path for the clean-out snake bypasses hidden branches in the pipes. Keith somehow found the branches by feeling the differences in the resistance of the snake and somehow coaxed the snake to take turns into hidden branches. It took extra effort and stubbornness, but he made it work, and fixed my plumbing problem. And he knew of more things to try, if that didn't work. If you have a difficult plumbing problem, ask for Keith.

Rick is fabulous. Fair and honest. He repaired our broken main water line for less than half of what our neighbors paid and did a far better job

Mateo Pierce was an absolute hero! First of all, he wasn’t just on time, the man was EARLY. I mean like hours ahead of schedule (and when your A/C is out in single minute counts. 🥵) I was convinced this was going to be a big dent in the pocketbook but I was proved wrong. Mateo was in and out in 30 minutes tops. He was honest and answered my questions like a friend and not a salesman. I can’t give the man enough gold stars. If his supervisor reads this, Mateo deserves a fat bonus for the superb work he’s doing for this company. 👍🏼

I needed an emergency plumbing service to replace a broken main water valve in my condominium. I saw online that Temperature Control provides emergency service, so I called them. The receptionist said she could send one of their plumbers out the very next day and quoted me a price. The plumber Joseph was on time and replaced my water valve so that once again I have water. He was friendly, professional, and knew his business. He charged me the quoted price and I'm very happy with the result. I plan to use Temperature Control for all my plumbing needs in the future. A fair company that does excellent work.

Angelo was able to get Marco out and fix the water line going into my 70's slump block wall within a couple hours and they cleaned up the concrete/block that had to be removed to get to the leak. I then had another leak pop up and Marco was able to get out and let me know what was going on and will be able to fix it once it is found under the concrete deck. I appreciate that they are honest and don't give one quote to later bump it up and they are very thorough in their explanations of the job. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing issues going forward.

The costing is quite good. They have always been prompt in their responses to help queries. I'd like to strongly recommend them.
