I called Drainmasters in the early morning and I was able to get them scheduled within a few hours. Billy and Cody were super friendly, efficient, and cleared out our drain! We’ll be using them again in the future.

We had a toilet issue on Jan 1st. What started as a call of desperation turned into a wonderful experience. First, they were the only ones to answer on a holiday and were willing to come out that day. They fixed it so we could use it that day, but came back the next day to actually fix the complete problem. It took a couple days, but they were amazing. Clayton, Chris and Jose worked diligently and steadily to get the job done, letting us know what they were doing and answering my silly questions. When we weren't quite ready to install the water heater, Chris and Clayton came back a couple days later and took care of it. All the guys were very polite and very personable. Letting us know when they would be here each morning and cleaning up after themselves each time. Thank you Sean, for a job well done.

I had the pleasure of working with Ron, Ryan and Frank recently and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their level of expertise in their field is outstanding, and they provided me with exceptional personal service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Plumber came out after being assigned from our home warranty company and stated we had “old parts” they had to order. Two others came out the following week, after the 4 hour service window came and went without any contact from them. To make it worse, they had no idea the other plumber from their company had already been there. These plumbers also determined parts had to be ordered. They called us later to let us know the parts would take months to come in but they could replace them with other brand parts for $1,200. This sounded a bit odd especially considering our home warranty was involved. After calling the home warranty and finding out they had not been contacted with even a diagnosis, they sent a different plumbing company out who successfully fixed the minor issue (a small leak) in 30 minutes. Would not recommend these folks based on their lack of courtesy, lack of professionalism and lack of honesty.

Zing Plumbing is Awesome ! They were able to come out after 5:00 pm and fix a water shutoff valve which meant turning the water off for the entire Condominium Building. The water was back on in a matter of minutes and George was very nice, clean and friendly. I would and will recommend them to everyone.

Thank you for doing so such a good job putting in tub and shower three handle. Cody and Billy are very nice and great workers.

Dave is an ideal plumber to have in your home! He's trustworthy, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and so friendly. He knew right away what my issue was. He also very gracefully dealt with my difficult landlord. FOR SURE would call again and would recommend to anyone!

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Originally quoted me $180 to replace a check valve. Tried to bill me before work was completed several times. One week later, plumber shows up to finish job and doubles the total billed to almost $400. PVC parts were billed at 200 dollars when I can buy the parts at Home Depot for 40 dollars.Additionally, I told the plumber to authorize any work or charges over $200 with me. He called to tell me the total would be $180.I highly recommend to check out another company for your plumbing needs.

Had a very good experience with Rick from this company when needing a kitchen faucet replaced and an upstairs bathroom faucet repaired. Prompt, pleasant, and reasonable.

Diego and his teammate came on time and they were able to diagnose the problem. Once we signed the paperwork they rapidly got job replacing the water heater. 0nce they were complete Diego told me they had taking care filing for the inspector to come check it out, so there was no need to worry about it. This is the second time iness than a month we've had to call them for sudden plumbing issues and they've been super and professional both times. Very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them to friends. Keep up the excellent work!
