I was expecting some one else to come and do the job. The person that came insted was very knowledgeable you can tell he has lots of experienced it made me feel comfortable knowing he was going to do a good job.If i ever use this company again i would request for RICARDO. THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB.

I called these folks about my mother's cooler being on the fritz . They were on it in a heartbeat. They were to be there between 2 and 5 but were DONE by 2 and she was a COOL 92 YEAR OLD WOMAN again.
She had dealt with another company In Tucson who were taking advantage of her.

Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. Hung up and that was that. If you’re looking for a rude and grumpy plumber you’ve found him here at this place! Good luck.

You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

This is a great company we have used multiple times, they are professional, courteous, and punctual. My most recent experience with Leo, tech #38 was awesome. If you have any plumbing needs i would highly recommend using pioneer, they are awesome :)

Had a toilet water break late afternoon on Thursday, called early Friday morning to Curtis Plumbing and got the voice mail. Half hour later they called and we set up an appointment between 12-3pm. He arrived at 2:45 assessed the situation and it was fixed 40 minutes later. Would highly recommend Curtis Plumbing for all your plumbing needs and repairs.

After they came and gave us a verbal price, took way too long to get a written quote and we had to go with another company. Dissapointing....

We had Mike come at the EARLY end of his arrival window, work quickly and quietly without finding the suspicious extras some plumbers do. The best plumbing experience we have had, and we are OLD!
