Anthony was on time and knew what he was doing! He found and repaired the leak in our pipe in an hour and was very reasonable~ compared to other exhorbitant quotes we had gotten! I had an issue with the toilet and then subsequently the shower. The owner along with Mason came out (on the day of the owners daughters birthday) and completed much needed repairs!! David showed up on time with the right parts via a picture I texted him. He solved my leaky shower faucet and replaced the valve cartridges. His price was very reasonable and he finished in less than an hour. I will use this company again.

I called Tim on a Saturday he arrived with his daughter with in 15 minutes very polite, job was done within 2 minutes. Charged only for the call out. I'll use him again if I have to.

Last Friday, 11-19-21, we replaced a tank hot water heater with a tankless hot water heating system. Ben came to our house for the estimate the week before, talking with us about our needs and the work necessary to install and vent the tankless system. He was punctual, professional, and personable. The quote he provided was also reasonable and affordable for us, especially compared to the first quote we got from another local plumbing company which, for the same work, was almost three times as high as Tucson Plumbing's quote.

Ben performed the install for us. Throughout the process, he was knowledgeable about what he was doing and also attentive to questions and concerns we had about disruption of water service to a separate plumbing line. He was careful and conscientious at each step, knowing what he needed to do and confidently and meticulously replacing the old tank heater with the new tankless system.

We couldn't have asked for a better plumber for our conversion from a tank hot water heater to a tankless hot water heater. The install was time consuming and Ben worked it straight through without taking a break, concentrating on getting the old heater out and the new one installed with minimal impact on us. He was pleasant at every turn and did not slack off in his work even when we had questions or checked on him from time to time to view his work and see his progress. He was neat in laying out what he needed to do at the outset of the install, and he left the work area as orderly as it had been on his arrival.

Ben is a great plumber, in our opinion, and a phenomenal representative for what can be expected from Tucson Plumbing. We are grateful to Ben and Tucson Plumbing for being quickly available to help us as our old hot water heater was getting ready to go -- it was leaking --, and we are thankful that they were willing to do the work without gouging us as the other local plumbing company was intent on doing with their outrageous quote.

I would like to address a comment left on this page by a unhappy ex employee. I have worked for Silverado for over a year now and wear the uniform proudly, Art gave me a chance when no one else would he seen potential in me. Art holds us to higher standard then most companies, he wants the customers who use Silverado to feel like they have gotten the best value for there money, it is nice to work for a company where there is no pressure to up sell customers or offer them services they do not need. Almost every week I go into customers homes and solve there plumbing issues after other guys have been there telling these homeowners that there repairs are going to cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I go home at night and sleep well knowing that I did not rip-off or get over on some people in there time of need. I did not get into plumbing to be a humanitarian by no means. I am a husband a father of three and I can honestly say I earn good living and am completely happy with my job at Silverado. From ownership to the management they are by far the best company to work for. I have seen many guys come and go and usually it is because they do not want hold the standard that the company sets. I have also seen many guys go on to start there own businesses and Art holds no resentment and wishes them the best of luck. So for a past employee to get on here and bash Art and Silverado it was more than likely do to the fact that he could not meet the standard, and is now probably miserable with his new company...you know the old saying you think the grass is greener on the other side until....ill let you finish it! To Art and staff at Silverado I want to thank you for allowing me to be part of your team, I wouldn't have it any other way.

We used the company 2 times before , Came to unclog drain, said that had problems, called manager to scope drains, came 2 minutes later said we had broken drain cost was$16000..............called another company they scoped drains and said there was no broken pipe, .$80........how did the manager turn up 2 minutes later when the office is the other side of town?????

I would NEVER use this company, ever. Their employee, Michael, stood in our home and explained a problem with the shower valve. Then, when he got on the phone with our warranty company, stated to them there was no problem at all! They are liars and cheats. Don't use!!!!

Do not do business with this company or Jorge he is dishonest and wants to charge for parts or labor he forgot to put in the final price of work being done not to mention he has no customer service or people skills either just plain rude after you confront him with the situation.
