Curtis Plumbing has always done an amazing job at my house, whether it was something complex that required a high level of technical skill (it has been a few times), or more common stuff like clogged drains. The people on the phone and all the plumbers I've met have been very friendly and very professional. The last time I needed help, Matt went above and beyond with what he did. Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.

My experience with Tucson Plumbing has been a very positive one. Jasper was very patient answering about a bazillion questions regarding the whole home filtration system I had installed and also was able to get the installation scheduled for a Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss work. The day before I did get a call that there was an emergency situation that would have to take priority Saturday morning and my 9am appointment would need to be moved to the afternoon which worked okay with my schedule. Dave was great - he communicated with me throughout the day - ended up having two more emergency plumbing situations crop up that he attended to before coming to me in the early evening but he came and installed the system and so far I love it!

On 30 June, Dominic and Bodie came to my house to replace my front outdoor faucets. This repair was covered by my hoa, but Dominic & Bodie went above and beyond in doing my repairs. These two young men are smart and professional. This was actually their 2nd visit to my house as we needed more parts and the hoa go ahead. I called and asked to be sure to send Dominic back to my house to finish my repairs. The two office gals were so nice and definitely scheduled Dominic and Bodie for my repairs. We are very happy with zach. He came and installed a dishwasher in our kitchen and also added two new hose spickets in the front and side yard. It was all done professionally and in a timely manner. We would highly recommend zach for all your plumbing needs

Jesse, the plumbing technician, went out of his way to to solve the enigma of why my rental home drain lines were draining slow.
Eventually, between snaking and using an enzyme the clog cleared and my tenants were happy again.
I should also say that the Mgr provided a site map that showed where the 1955 original clean out was located - so Frontline and office worked together to solve the problem!
