My water heater had probably leaked a couple days and I just realized it Tuesday night. I called and Angelo answered, prompting 2 questions. Who responds 24 hours a day, and who answers their own phone? We set an appointment for the next day when I could be around to see what was going on. Angelo and another capable fellow (sorry I missed his name) showed up ON TIME and they had a new heater installed quickly. While here, I had them replace a pressure regulator that was probably bad for years. Great job all around.

Had a leak, they were able to come out the next day and fix. Courteous service and were willing to answer my questions. Cost was less than I expected. I would highly recommend

I had a problem with the water heater one early Friday evening after trying to do some preventive maintenance. Affordable Plumbing came out the same evening and fixed the problem. We called on a Sunday night after trying to install a dishwasher and getting stuck on the last part of the installation - the compression sleeve that would not budge due to the previous pipe installation being done poorly (the house came that way). We called Tucson Plumbing and Brandon was literally at our house and working on the problem in 30 minutes. He did an excellent job, explained the problem and the solution and repaired it swiftly. An hour later, we had the new dishwasher installed fully and running cycle. Thank you!

Aaron (Tony), the serviceman, arrived on time, very professional, and fixed our septic problem. He wasn't sure the problem could be fixed, but he was determined to try and amazed himself that he did. We couldn't be more please with him and the job that he did. The price of the work performed was well under the other quotes that we received. Would recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest quote and service.

It’s days like this, where it all goes wrong.. cleaning up a vacation rental as it’s being remodeled and behold, the laundry drains the water as it back flows into all the showers, tubs and you know it under a toilet running through the house! Freaked out, I post request and 3 companies were given the area and immediate need. Only Brian responded within seconds, asked the diagnostics of the issue and was out with in a few hours. What a mess he came to, he fixed the issues, cleaned out the lines and even cleaned up the mess! People like Brian take the nightmare out of “stuff happens”! He was smart, professional, accommodating, clean, and well prepared! The bill was so reasonable I could only praise! I’ve had other plumbers try to squeeze every penny and time to create more problems, Not Brian! No games! No brainer, keeping his contact close!

Can not recommend Hydro Rooter and Plumbing enough. I live in an older home and I have a shower that drains extremely slow. I’ve tried a couple of other plumbers and the issue still persists after about a week. A friend recommended Hydro Rooter so I gave them a call, and Jake fixed the issue in no time! He explained what was going on with the drain and how he used a Hydro Jetter to clear the issue. It’s been over a month and my shower drain hasn’t clogged once! My 12 year old gas hot water heater stopped working on a Wednesday evening. Called my “go to” plumber Thursday morning. Said they could come out Saturday. They gave me Angelo’s number. Called Angelo at 1:00 pm. Ben was at my door at 3:00 pm with a new hot water heater. 2 hours later the new hot water heater was installed. Affordable Plumbing is now my “go to” plumber. Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Diana and Joe are by far the easiest people to work with. They are honest and work with full integrity. I won't trust any other company now that I've work with In & Out Plumbing!! You can trust them too!!!
