Best Faucet And Sink Repair in Tucson AZ

Called for a simple dripping bathroom faucet and a running toilet. The guy came and gave me a $3000 bid to replace 3 toilets and my bathroom faucet. My house is only 9 years old! I really feel like he was trying to scam me!

The two plumbers were great! Cody and Billy found the problem immediately and knew just how to fix it. They were personable and professional as well. I will absolutely use them again.

Curtis Plumbing has always done an amazing job at my house, whether it was something complex that required a high level of technical skill (it has been a few times), or more common stuff like clogged drains. The people on the phone and all the plumbers I've met have been very friendly and very professional. The last time I needed help, Matt went above and beyond with what he did. I was glad they listen to our feedback. Overall they have very good high quality services.Below is the old review====================They have very good services - if you are in a wealthy family, I'd highly recommend them. They answered the phone calls quickly and very friendly customer services. They reason why I gave them three stars was mainly because they were overpriced. First, when I called them to ask for a very quick quote for garbage disposal installation. The lady was very nice and friendly. However, she was hesitant to give me a quick ball park number (it's reasonable because they have to take a look and decide - I wish they would tell me it would be triple the original installation fee). Then, when the plumber came, the quote was three times higher than what I heard from other plumbers. It's a 5pm service after-hour service so I expected to pay overcharge but not triple it. Again, the service was great but I paid almost $400 labor for 30 minute of work - the plumber was great and efficient. I had a choice of paying them $89 and do nothing so it was my choice too (they did mention $89 fee so I was ok with that too because I thought they would at most double the installation fee). Again, I just wish they could be more transparent when I called them and make the overcharge more responsible. It's a lesson learned for me too. For a very good business, being reasonable is very important. If it's reasonable, customers will come back and use them again and again. In this particular case, the price was not very reasonable.

Good communication but due to the fact that Swanson is extremely busy and is a 2 person company his lack of availability earns him 1 star. No matter how competent a plumber he is if your Not available then what is the alternative in case of an emergency or routine repair? Wait? Or hire another skilled plumber who is available!!!

Excellent service, professional, and honest. They were able to make the repair for $150 dollars under the original bid.
