Reggie Phillips has been servicing our A/C unit and has made some adjustments so that it will perform even better than it was. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He spent a lot of time going over the system to ensure everything was working correctly. He took a look at our router which was having a problem connecting to the thermostat. He replaced the thermostat but that didn't work so he made a call to Texas for tech support in order to fix the problem. The service that Intelligent Design provides to their customers is amazing. Reggie Phillips makes sure you feel like a customer not a number.Another great service tech named Danny, did an outstanding job as well. Just like Reggie, he took the time to make sure everything was working correctly and explained what he was doing and why.If you are in need of a new A/C unit or just need your current unit serviced, Intelligent Design would would be a great choice. I greatly appreciate the professional service we continue to receive.

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Took the time to explain everything and was extremely courteous. Made it to our house within 4 hours when other companies were telling us the next day or they wanted overtime. We will definitely use Al Coronado Plumbing again.

Overall I have been very impressed by Strongbuilt. I had to replace my HVAC in December and from the get go they were professional and provided great customer service. They are always very timely and call you/shoot you a text with an ETA - and then ACTUALLY show up in that time frame! They also always include a picture of the tech who will be coming out so there’s no question about who they are when they show up at your door. They call and check a couple of days later to make sure everything is good which I find a nice touch. They are not the cheapest place around, but I find their prices reasonable and any extra that I’ve paid is worth it for their level of service.

We can't thank Sergio enough! Our main line broke in the middle of the night on a Wednesday before a holiday weekend. He was at the house Thursday morning and then gave up his day off to get it replaced for us. He was prompt to pick up calls and answered all of my questions. Super stressful to be without water but grateful we found OTW plumbing!
