Woke up to water all over my laundry room. Realized it was the water heater. Called some companies and most said it would be 2-3 days to get out to me. Rocky from Aarow Plumbing was the only company that was able to fit me in that day. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected and looked at my issue. Sure enough it was the water heater. He had another job to get to but offered to pick up the new water heater for me and bring it back to install it. I was at a loss for words!! He picked it up for me, brought it to my house and installed it for me and took away the bad one). He did this after 8 o'clock at night. You can really tell Aarow Plumbing cares about their customers. Called in the morning and fixed in the same day!! Rocky deserves 10 stars!!!! Do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed!!!

I am a home inspector. I always recommend to my clients that they have the main sewer line video inspected during the inspection period when they buy a home. The hidden issues that might be lurking within can be costly to repair.

The guys did a great job installing our utility sink in our garage. They were on time reasonally. We would use them again.

This latest experience with this pluming company has been one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever encountered. They replaced a part and left without verifying that the toilet flushes. If they would have tested it, they would have found that it is broken it doesnt flush. Additionally they left the bathroom extremely dirty, potentially ruining two bath mats, and to top it off they did not even bother to put the lid to the toilet back. I called again to get this rectified, and was told a technician would arrive today 6/20/2019, no one arrived. When i called and was connected to a technician i was told that i was not priority, because there was another toilet in the house, he was an hour away, it was an inconvenience for him, and that they had to pay people over time. These were the persons direct words. this is unacceptable. Ii had left a very positive review 9 months ago but this latest experience destroyed that.

Although this company was honest enough to tell me they were unable to assist me me, they were kind enough to provide me with the name of the best company in town who COULD provide the service I needed, and that was a big help to my search, especially when they could have said nothing about a competitor and left me to squander who know how much time trying to find help. For that I am grateful. Lastly, I tried this company first because my Dad (RIP, Dad. I STILL miss you all these years you've been gone) used to work for Abucus Plumbing and never had a bad word to say about them.

I called them, they scheduled a visit and they showed up ahead of time!Leonard, the plumber, was no nonsense! All Pro Rooter and plumbing is AMAZING! I have had a plumbing problem since I bought my house (1yr). Several plumbers have come by, tried to up sell and and just ckeaned it out the easiest way. Which resulted in multiple visits and stop pages.
The very first thing the technician did was start digging for the ground level clean out. No up sell no questions.
