Brad provided outstanding plumbing in our new custom home this past year. His team provided great installation and flexibility. When issues arose with the general contractor, I was able to deal directly with Brad to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend the services of this company for all your plumbing needs!

Absolutely the best plumbing experience ever. They are honest, pleasant, efficient, and I found it work excellent. They even clean up after themselves. Our job was major replacing all the lines Completely around our house. House built in 1980’s So you know the difficulties they ran into. They solve them all. I might add they had subcontractors for asphalt filling of a ditch, and a drywall gentleman who left immaculate workspace as well as did such an excellent job I don’t even have to paint

We had a sewer line issue and of course it was on a Saturday. We called our sewer line warranty company and this company was on their list. Because this was urgent, I called their company emergency line and actually received a call back from the owner. He sent his online call tech and and he was here in under an hour from that call. He fixed our problem and answered all of our questions in detail and worked with the warranty company. He was great! We will definitely use Lakeside plumbing again for any future plumbing/sewer problems!

Dustin is the ONLY plumber we will use now. We had a blockage causing our kitchen sink to back up, and I was unable to clear it out with my 25' hand snake. We called a different plumbing company who sent a tech out. He was not only unable to clear the blockage, but couldn't even get his snake down the pipe more than a couple feet. This company tried to charge me a ridiculous amount of money without even having resolved the problem, and further tried to up-sell us on a hydro-jetting service for $500+. After having two separate people recommend D and A to me, I called Dustin. Dustin resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly, and at a fraction of what the other company tried to charge (for nothing at all). Dustin is honest, reliable, affordable and highly competent.

Sergio replaced the main water valve and the PRV. He explained it part of it and offered that when the PRV failed in a few years, we could get a replacement for the inner parts and repaired that ourselves. Very professional and will use again for any plumbing issues.

They were super professional and kind. The plumber came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered! I am forever grateful to them for helping me out. Not to mention they offer fair prices compared to the other company I had hired.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

When I called, I was pleased that they could send someone the same day. Gage arrived and promptly figured out what we were doing wrong. He fixed it, cleaned up, explained what he had done and made friends with my cat! I felt he was professional, honest and a friendly guy. I will call, and request Gage, the next time I need help.

Always great and reliable work

I am rating this company a 4 because I love our new AC unit but I think they over sold us mainly just to get the sale. I think they cared more about making the sale then what was best for our family/home. I only decided to do it because I knew it was quality products. We ended up getting a new system installation inside and out. Overall I'm satisfied that the were quick, timely, and clean. So far no problems so I am thankful that the team that installed it did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done.

I had two new toilets, which I furnished, installed in my bathrooms.
I was very impressed with the good job that Randy Moore did for me.
He is very patient and very conscientious. I have used this company several times since moving to Tucson 2 1/2 years ago and I will continue to use So. Arizona Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Fantastic work by Ray today. He called ahead to notify me when he would be arrive. Ray was on time and did a very professional job of installing new pvc pipes and garbage disposal under our new kitchen sink. He did it all in an hour. Thank you Plumb Plumbing and Ray for helping us!

In my last post to write a review of this company, I wrote:
Spartan Plumbing is very unethical ~ I know this firsthand. The Home Builder (big name home builder) in my parent's subdivision had Spartan fix a main water line leak at my parent's home, who are very elderly. Spartan used an totally incorrect coupling however (unbeknowndst to everyone, because they covered it up before the home builder could inspect it) and it finally failed 3 years later, which caused a MAJOR water leak to the tune of $1100! They refused to take responsibility for their error because they insisted they were protected by the State ROC, which says that after 2 years companies are protected from mistakes. What?! My poor parents, who are on a fixed income, had absolutely no recourse and were forced to pay for Spartan's mistake. Shame on such shoddy business practices ~ sad to think that my parent's were the first and won't be the last to suffer from Spartan's lack of business ethic.
Last sentence should have read:

And Spartan knows exactly what this post is all about and were very smug in their responses to both my parents and the Home Builder, because they knew they were untouchable - thanks to the State ROC.
