They've always been taken care of us when we call them. The first time I used them was for a second opinion on a major repair that another company recommended. Lakeside fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost and most of the repairs recommended by the other company were not needed. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We had a sewer line issue and of course it was on a Saturday. We called our sewer line warranty company and this company was on their list. Because this was urgent, I called their company emergency line and actually received a call back from the owner. He sent his online call tech and and he was here in under an hour from that call. He fixed our problem and answered all of our questions in detail and worked with the warranty company. He was great! We will definitely use Lakeside plumbing again for any future plumbing/sewer problems!

They put in my Tankless Hot Water heater about 2 years ago. I had ZERO issues with the appointment setting, their timeliness despite COVID setbacks, they ALWAYS communicated and kept me up to date.

Etchart’s...as far as I know, your organization is one of the most professional, honest, respectful, and hard-working I have ever seen and or had the joy of working with. The insurance company should be quite happy knowing you have all done such a great job. I specifically want to call out the first names of the two who worked here at my home replacing 75-feet of sewer line in one-day. They are Adam and Mason. Where did you find these guys? They are from my perspective the very best. Please see to it they receive their due honor and reward. They were the most kind and respectful two, hard-working young men I have ever met. Donnie showed up while we were readying my in-laws home for sale. With water flowing out from under the walkway, we needed the repair immediately. Once he assessed the situation, he got a shovel to expose the leak. He found it within minutes and repaired it.
The process was less that an hour from the time he arrived. He advised us how to repair the walkway after letting the soil dry out for a day or so and was done. I highly recommend Lakeside Plumbing for all your emergency and planned repairs and upgrades!

I started what I thought would be an easy Delta cartridge change on my shower, but things headed South in a hurry. With H20 off to the house, family not looking happy, and time sailing by, I started calling plumbers.
None of the 5 plumbing companies called answered the phone. On the 6th call to Etcharts Lakeside Plumbing, Pam answered the phone and had Adam call me within minutes. After describing the issue to Adam, he obtained the necessary equipment and parts. He arrived within the hour.
After removing parts and adjusting the cartridge housing, he placed parts back inside cartridge housing, tightened everything, and even polished up a part for me. With H20 back on, the shower had zero leaks or drips. The service call price was very reasonable. Pam, Adam, & Etcharts Lakeside Plumbing totally exceeded my expectations. Thank You!
